Thrillist recently named two of our concepts, Cask & Larder and our partnered concept with HMS Host, Shula Burger, to its list of the best airport restaurants in America.
Located in Orlando International Airport, Cask & Larder continues to “wow” travelers heading out of Orlando with its unique farm-to-terminal concept. This Southern-inspired restaurant focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients from Central Florida farms and artisans, giving passengers a taste of the City Beautiful before even leaving the airport.
“If airports are good indicators of their cities, the arrival of this local food scene pioneer in Terminal 2 should convince everyone O-Town is about a lot more than chain restaurants,” the article reads.
Shula Burger, located in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, makes burgers a delicacy. Former Dolphins head coach turned restauranteur Don Shula is serving up the works with his brisket, chuck and short rib burgers.
