USA Today included former Winter Park restaurant, Cask & Larder (Facebook | Website) in its Top 10 airport restaurants on the continent.
The farm-to-table restaurant, owned by James and Julie Petrakis, moved to the Orlando International Airport earlier this year and still managed to place third in the roundup. First and second place were awarded to Harry & Izzy’s Steakhouse (IND), and Pink’s Pizza (IAH), respectively.
The space was designed by Anna Schmidt (Website), the mind behind venues like Vince Carter’s, Quantum Leap, and First Flight.
