Bacardi Mojito Bar

Bacardi, with their globally recognized brand and U.S. corporate offices in Miami, feature the Bacardi Mojito Bar, which is much more than just the “it” place to be at Miami International Airport; it is a literal feast for the senses. The vibrant colors and electric atmosphere ramp up the energy and excitement at this fun, eclectic venue. Light and color blend with contemporary textures and materials, hip chairs and bold tables in an electric style that embodies the essence of Miami.

The experience at Bacardi Mojito Bar is highlighted by a diverse menu created by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, one of the country’s leading Latina chefs. The LorenaGARCIA Cocina menu was custom designed for the Mojito Bar and MIA airport and features elements from both Caribbean and Latin American cuisine that combine  to create healthy and delicious dishes.

Feeling off the nationwide demand for the Mojito cocktail, Bacardi developed the Bacardi Mojito Bar and has been able to carve a niche for itself as a genuine and contemporary “Caribbean” experience for travelers in the known. Behind the world famous Bacardi rum lies a commitment to craftsmanship, and a rich Caribbean heritage and family tradition that stretches back over 200 years. Bacardi rum was named after the original founder of the company. Facundo Bacardi Masso, whose initial vision for the company was as a wine merchant and importer. Since that time, Bacardi has become a globally recognized brand and with their U.S. corporate office based right here in Miami, the Bacardi Mojito Bar will offer travelers a world-class brand, with great local relevance.

The Bacardi Mojito Bar serves an extensive selection of their premium signature rums, such as Bacardi Superior, Bacardi Gold, Bacardi Limon or their premium Bacardi Anejo. These fine rums are served either straight up for sipping – for the rum purist – or mixed into one of their signature cocktails, which include the Original Daiquiri, the Cuba Libre and the Pina Colada. Their iconic Original Mojito is a virtual fiesta in a glass. The combination of the mint leaves, lime, club soda and Bacardi Superior, all muddled and stirred well and garnished with the signature sprigs of mint and lime wheel, will give each guest that authentic Caribbean experience that we all crave.
